How can I get a pac code if my replacement sim(s) have not arrived and therefore cannot receive texts. Customer service pass me from pillar to post

Have you activated any sims on your account yet because if you haven't you should not be billed for them and therefore your number presumably is on another sim on another network that you can move elsewhere if you want.

No my phone was stolen so got another phone and requested new sim from sky (to keep my number) but none have arrived so want to move to new network with my same number but can't get pac code from sky coz no sim to get text

You will need to contact Sky as I believe they can generate the pac code for you.
