&lt;P&gt;If you're unable to use your mobile to contact Sky these&amp;nbsp;are the alternative methods and some will be more appropriate than others … &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;🟧 &lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":telephone_receiver:"&gt;📞&lt;/span&gt; Customer Services&lt;/STRONG&gt; by dialling 150 (free) from either a Sky mobile or your Sky Talk landline if you have Sky Broadband. The forum doesn’t allow the display of other numbers but official numbers to Sky from the UK are 03 numbers which are usually inclusive from non Sky phones.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;All calls will start automated (aka ‘the bot’) which may offer you the online help route or try to send you here to the forum.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, just want to see if anyone is having the same issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;From around 8:30pm today I have been unable to use my data, make phone calls and send SMS text messages. Specifically, when I try and make a call I am met with the recorded announcement "Sorry we cannot connect this call, if you have set a spend cap...etc". I have made no changes to my sim and the other on my account works just fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is anyone else experiencing this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
