    <description>&lt;P&gt;Good Morning,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would like to query why my bill is higher than anticipated!? We have gone from £7.50 A month plan, this has just increased to £9.50?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Next, we have just bought new devices at - £25 PCM, We thought that this would include the data plan so should be paying £50 PCM, But isn't.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Why the increase? What have I missed?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you could call or explain how we can rectify the situation, would be a great help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4562805"&gt;@Jigsy46&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; as mentioned by&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3094476"&gt;@PandJ2020&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; the phones and plans are separate so the £50 for the phones will be correct. At a guess with regards your plan change that usually means a discount has finished. Look at your bills to see what they say. If still not clear then you need to call sky on 150.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
