Mobile bill

Hi I can't view my movile bill on my account

I can see tv and broadband bills

i have contacted sky through chat who said to clear cache and turn off phone and try again, just checked still no mobile bill, account is linked also can't see messages

what do I do

Have you linked your mobile account to your Sky ID as per this:

Yeh I went to do it today but it was already linked

Ive been with soy for 9 years just so strange

Are you logged in with the correct details as that messages susggests you might not be if it says it is already linked so you should be using your main Sky ID to do this.

I think so my sky TV and broadband bills are showing

I don't believe I have any other details

I will double check, not sure what to check though

For help you will need to contact Sky either by calling them on 150 or obe of the social media links that are at the bottom of this page.

Morning

I have called Sky, my mobile account was linked to an old email I haven't used for years as it was hacked

Had to create a new gmail account for mobile, but can see Sky TV and broadband under the new email too

Also swapped my phone so that's a bonus

strange thing is the emails for my new phone the contract and telling me I have ordered a new phone aren't going to new gmail account they are going to my iCloud, don't know why but hey ho all sorted hopefully

I have a headache now ha ha

If your services were restricted then they are only restored once the payment has cleared. If you paid today then that could be 2 January.

Have a look at your bill @Radcliffe85 , all charges are explained there, this isn't Sky CS here so no one can see your bills.

I have made a mannual payment on my bill and my bill is also paid via DD and now i have paid my bill double now what to do?

If you see a credit on your account @Waleed3 then you have two options:

You could leave it so it is used to pay your next bill ?

Or you can have it refunded and we can arrange Sky's messaging team via here to contact you about this if you want ?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.

Because changing the payment date doesn't just change the payment date.

It recalculates completely and if you have credit items then you may get a double payment.
