topic Calls dropping after a few seconds in Sky Mobile

I've had a problem with mobile calls on roaming and WiFi. After about 10 seconds either I can't hear the caller or they can't hear me. It's been 2 weeks now. I've had a replacement sim. And it's still doing it. WhatsApp calls work perfect. Anyone any ideas please before I leave Sky for another provider? Carmarthen area.
