eSIM and physical sim NOT WORKING

Last week I got this phone and a new contract with yourself, I got an e sim as was told it would be easy, it proceeded even after a phone call with one of your helpers to not work and that I was unable to activate it. so the lady has sent me a physical sim to try, still NEITHER work, it is only saying on my account to install an eSIM but now I have a physical sim and NOTHING is working, it just says it’s unavailable when I try for the eSIM and I can’t active this sim phycally as is only giving the option for the eSIM. I want to keep my old number and I need this phone for my business and this is becoming out of hand.

Sky Mobile is a consumer contract and not for business use.

btw you are not contacting Sky by posting here.

You will be able to use your SIM from your previous provider.
