    <description>I've taken out my 1st day contract which everything on it is correct then I had to ring sky mobile with a query I had. The person I spoke with answered my query then started going on about a 50gb deal yo which I stated clearly I wanted to stay on the deal that I'd signed up to. The next day when checking my account I noticed a second contract for the 50gb that I'd blatantly refused. Why can't they just listen to the customer and do what we said</description>
