&lt;P&gt;From what you have said you are signed in&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;woth the wrong email addesss as you need to use their services for one you used to swap from the 11 to the 15.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;if you are unsure of the details you should be using then call Sky on 150 sim they can look into it for you.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've had an iPhone 15 for two years now. It does not show on my sky app and I'd like to know more about swaps and my charges. I think it's because when I swapped my phone from an iPhone 11 I used a different email address. Surely there's a way to get this into my account online if all my details match?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
