Hi, I have just activated my new Sky Sim, all up and running. Does anyone know how long I can wait until I use a PAC from my old provider to transfer my number? I want to use this new sim as a data plan in a modem until Feb, and then request a PAC to transfer my number and then close my old provider contract.

<P>When you have a pac code you have 31 days to give it to your new provider so in this case Sky. If you don't want to do this until next year then you can do this so long as the number is not cancelled with the other network provider so you would just need to request the pac&nbsp; code from them when you are ready to move the number over.</P>
