Any overpayment will be refunded. If it's longer than this that the items were returned then you will need to perservere on the phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I swapped my sons iPad for a new one and sent back the iPhone 17 after deciding not to keep it. I have been charged for the old iPhone and the iPhone 17. Gave Sky proof of postage and they have still not returned any money, and the next predicted bill shows these items on it!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
