      <description>Hi, I bought a new mobile phone and SIM card from your company last week. Everything is working well except for the mobile data. It’s not working for me. I followed all the steps in the manual, but unfortunately it still doesn’t work. Could you please help me resolve this issue? Thank you.</description>

&lt;P&gt;Try getting the network settings sent to your phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;This should be what you need to do:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Go to sky.com/networksettings (My Account &amp;gt; Mobile &amp;gt; Settings) and sign in with your Sky iD.&lt;BR /&gt;Select the mobile number or SIM name you're having trouble with.&lt;BR /&gt;Scroll to 'Resend network settings' and select Request settings.&lt;BR /&gt;Save the settings when your receive┬áthem and reboot your phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
