&lt;P&gt;This might not be a speedy process as Sky actually has up to 8 weeks to resolve your issue or to issue you with a deadlock letter that allows you to take it further.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;There is not much we can suggest here as customers other than we you speak to them again is to ask them to both take a report&amp;nbsp;from you about this and for them to roll the data over for you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
