Usually involving a call from the fraudsters claiming to be from sky and offering discounts or free devices. They manage to persuade customers to hand over login details then use them to place orders.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The other possibility is reused passwords - if you use the same password across different sites this can be compromised elsewhere and then used on your Sky account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
