Cannot find my password on the Puck

I have had to get a factory reset on my mobile. To start it going again it needs a password. I do not know it, as it is not on the Puck

The puck is for my Sky TV

Pucks don't have a password label because they aren't delivering WiFi to client devices.

Are you perhaps mistaking it for the router/Hub?

I suspect the password is for your account (e.g. Apple ID) and nothing to do with the puck. Puck's aren't much use without a router - unless you are planning to tether to your mobile?
