&lt;P&gt;Presumably it was returned in the 31 days cooling off period and you notified Sky you wished to do this?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you’d had it more than 31 days you can't send it back without incurring substantial charges.
