If you now have a different card then that may cause more issues. You may need to call sky to tell them when you have the new card.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Hi there,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;my name is Mohammed and recently I bought an iPhone 17 pro Max from sky movie, but after 2 days I changed my mind so I called the customer service and they said to send it back.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;i sent it back on Monday 24/11/2025&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;i just want to know when I'm getting paid the refund about the upfront payment that I made&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;and also I had some fraud issues with my card so I ordered a new card and it will take 4-6 days&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
