      <title>Order disappeared from “My orders”</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I placed an order for a phone over 2 weeks ago and it said back order 2-3 weeks at the time. The device has now disappeared from my orders, and I can't find any information about it. What should I do about this &amp;amp; if anyone else has experienced it, what did it mean? Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
