&lt;P&gt;Are you able to try the sim in another unlocked phone to see if it then works ?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If not and no issues are showing then you will have to contact Sky, perhaps via social media as there are links at the bottom of this page to their sites or via the messaging service here:&lt;/P&gt;
