Hi, I can't activate my SIM card, it's say that my post code is wrong and also I want go keep my number

This postcode issue does crop up a bit on here so you will need to contact Sky for help with this so if you haven't another phone you can call them on then there are some social media links at the bottom of the page you can use.

I would get the sim activated first and then give Sky the pac code.

Just to confirm @Alber yoy are bringing your old number from a different network as you can't port a number from one sky sim to another.
