      <description>I have tried to reach out to sky regarding my new SIM for my mobile. This went lice today at 12.05 on a 40gb plan but this evening even though I'm on WiFi, I have used 20gb!! This is impossible as I only ever used between 4/6gb each month on my old provider! Any ideas Please 🥺</description>
