Sim issues in New Zealand

I am currently in New Zealand & have found my Sim has got dislodged in phone. I need to order new one but when I try to ring sky from NZ on another phone it won't connect. My daughter is coming to NZ in Jan & can bring out sim but I can ring. & there is no email support. I have done all the guides but as the sim has busted it's pointless help please

Hi @Manders64 this isn't sky CS here so no one can order a sim for you. You will need to perservere on the phone or try the social media links at the bottom of this page to contact sky.
