Facebook not loading

For months Facebook/whatsapp have not been loading properly on my iPhone/ipad I can't see any images on posts or login at times??? Some pasting that there's no connection when there is and the connection is good I've googled for answers and tried all of them but no success?
These issues don't happen when I use my iPhone/ipad in different locations?

Is the happening when you are using mobile data or Wifi or both ?

It must be both as I have a very good WiFi and mobile signal at my property even though it's saying check my internet connection it's just won't load any images on the Facebook posts can only read what's on the posts I also can't send or receive on Facebook messenger and WhatsApp?
When I'm using Facebook anywhere else it works perfectly on WiFi or 5g?? It's so infuriating and seems to have got worse since I upgraded my iPhone to 17? I've have tried everything that I've found on the internet to try and last night I resorted to a soft reset on my iPhone to no avail but I was up at my brothers today and it worked perfectly??

Your phone will only be connected to mobile data or wifi and not both so at this moment while you are having issues what is it connected to ?

Yes sky broadband I've reboot the router no joy? Still not pictures on posts and can't open Facebook app on my iPad?

Try adjusting your Sky Broadband shield settings, You can do this via the MySky app or online here:
