Phoned Sky to advise I was returning iPhone. They sent packaging for return.

Put phone in its own box. Put box inside original delivery box then inside return packaging .Returned via post office. Phone call from Sky to say the received box but no phone inside.

unfortunately I am unable to find receipt. Post office can't help with copy.

Sky still charging me fir this phone

Have sent email no reply

Unfortunately without the proof of posting any cancellation of fees would be at Skys discretion. Not sure an email will be replied to. Sky don't use email for general communication.

Surely the fact they received box, the box didn't get there on its own

The receipt would likely have the weight so it shows you didn't post an empty box.
