Hi just wondering I got sky mobile and was free gift Samsung galaxy smart watch was free gift but still not received item

Some free gifts are automatically sent to you whilst others you have to put in a claim for so what Samsung device did you order ?

Samsung galaxy a55 5G mobile which free gift was Samsung galaxy watch which I've still not received it's been a while 🤔

Last December I thought had pay for mobile for while before receiving item but still not had anything also I've called sky but nothing back from them either it's frustrating

Almost certainly an offer you had to claim directly from Samsung (not a Sky offer) - if it was last December then definitely too late to claim.

How do I pursue this as it said make so many payments to my phone then watch would be sent and yes it was December 2024 thank you for reply

You probably can't. These offers are time limited. E.g. you have to claim within 30 days of purchase.

You are way to late to get your claim in because as @PandJ2020 says you usually have around 30 days once you have received your phone to do this so if you placed the order on the website this will have been shown so should you upgrade/swap or order a new device in future this is something to keep an eye out for.
