Moto e13 wifi calling

Can anybody help me to enable Wi-Fi calling on my Moto E 13.

The MOBILE reception where I live is dreadful and the facility would be very useful. I've read all the internet tips but can't get anywhere.

Hi @Withers sky only guarantee WiFi calling works with phones purchased directly from them. Unfortunately they don't sell Moto phones so you may not get it working.

Many thanks for the prompt reply. I've checked that Moto E13 is compatible with wifi calling so is it possible for SKY to disable the facility ?

Hi @Withers it needs a firmware update but it's hard getting it from sky for a device they don't sell.

Yes your phone is WiFi calling capable but the issue is at Skys end.

I didn't buy my moto E13 from Sky. Is it true that my SKY firmware (whatever that is) needs to updated to allow Wi-Fi calling, if it is how do I get this done ?

Yes @Withers its true and you can't. Search the community and you find many examples. Sometimes after a firmware update from Moto it may start working.
