    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm using the correct password etc. the page is completely different. There's no option for checking piggyback or mobile accounts, it just the advertising pages.... no idea how to find it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've upgraded my sky mobile and now if I try to see what data etc I have &amp;nbsp;via the MySky app it's just not there! It take me to a page for becoming a sky customer. There's no link to access my bill or usage, roll over piggy bank. Any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

This sometimes happens if a device has been allocated to a different/previous account. A call to sky on 150 will help find the details.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
