      <title>trouble with returning items</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;so i upgraded my phone and this is my first time ever doing this my phone had arrived but the tracking hasnt updated for about a month now and ive tried contacting sky but it just says we can help you through text. whenever i go to swap updates it just says wait for your device to arrive which it has and it still has not updated... whenever i try and click the swap now i get an error and not just that on my bill it has 2 new phones and my old phone. the return progress is so confusing as i had no idea what to do as app hadnt updated what do i do so im not paying triple my bill? thank you&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You do need to call Sky on 150 about this and when doing so remain on the line and say nothing when asked any questions by the bot.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
