    <description>&lt;P&gt;You've ordered a new dataplan and this will have a new phone number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, you have used the new SIM to replace your existing plan - which would leave the new dataplan unactivated (and now you don't have to SIM to activate against it)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You'll have to wait until the replacement has activated and use the new SIM in your phone - but it will be your existing dataplan and number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You cannot (easily) keep your number with the new dataplan.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I already have a plan with sky i ordered a new phone and new sim.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;now my old sim nor my new sim is working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have tried to activate my sim card choosing replacement option i have being told it was done but mightvtake couple of hours. Yet still tells me to activate my sim on my account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i need to be able to use my old phonevat least as i am at uni.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please help me with this issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
