      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you're not performing a swap then you simply purchase a new device.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can continue paying for the old device monthly if you wish - or clear the outstanding balance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In terms of what you do with them then it's up to you...&amp;nbsp; If you order a new dataplan then it has to be activated withimn 30 days (Otherwise it will drop off your account without charge).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
