      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was getting the roaming chargeb&amp;amp; acces to NZ Sparks however travelled to Russell &amp;amp; now phone is linking to satellite. I have tried to get settings re- sent but it is not coming thru. Help please?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
