      <description>&lt;P&gt;i've checked the service checker says it is down till 8pm supposedly but it's not very helpful as i pay a lot of money and have no service and can't get in contact with anyone&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Not a lot you can do I'm afraid. If it's a mast issue remember Sky don't not own or maintain any masts so you might be waiting longer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
