&lt;P&gt;If your phone is an iphone then give this a try:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Try refreshing the network settings so go Settings &amp;gt; General &amp;gt; Transfer or Reset [Device] &amp;gt; Reset &amp;gt; Reset Network Settings. Then go to Settings - Phone - My Number and change it if it is wrong, then reboot the phone. You will need to set up your Wifi connection again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi i have swapped over to sky mobile (sim only) today i had my old service working until sky e mailed to say my number had been ported over since then I have no mobile access to make calls my retained number is showing as primary on phone settings and data is shown under sky temporary number??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone offer a solution ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
