&lt;P&gt;If the tablet you ordered was a Samsung one then you have to put in a claim for the cover which you can do via here:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You should be able to use the credit agreement number without the letters as the invoice number when asked for this. You might also be able to use your Sky account number.&lt;/P&gt;
