For a sim deal it’s just a soft credit check, for a device there’s also an enhanced check. &lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Any upfront payment you’ve made should be refunded after about 14 days but recent posts suggest it’s taking a bit longer in which case you’ll need to contact Sky to chase it up.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had a deal cancelled and a refund was promised but still had not been returned to my account I have also been lied too from a sky agent that I would receive a refund in 3/5 working days.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been in contact through WhatsApp the rep said that the money is in my account and it will take 3/5 days I was told this by a previous rep last week aslo.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
