Hi I've got myself a sky mobile sim only plan im a a sky member with an account and ID but cannot link my ID to activate my sim all my details are correct acc no postcode bank acc no etc it just keeps coming up with an error msg when I try. I have spoken to sky tried various links they have sent but with no success the advisor then just told me to try again tomorrow just tried again and got the same result can anyone advise please

If Sky haven't fixed this for you then at present due to the escalations being offline there isn't much we can do for you.

What issue are you having ?

I have my sim but cannot activate it as I need to link my account first

I just get the messge sorry we are expireancing technical difficulties try later

I would give it 24 hours and if the same is happening then you will have to try again to get Sky to link this for you.

Called sky today and they have activated my sim its working fine they said they had linked my account but nothing is showing in the app or online yet
