      <title>Sky ignoring return issues</title>

      <description>I've been trying to return an unopened samsung tablet since August 2025. I made numerous attempts to resolve this but NOTHING happens. I've stopped my DD for a phone and this unrequired tablet as its a combined payment. No problem paying for the phone, but the DD doesn't differentiate between the items. I have payments ready for the phone, when Sky sorts its act out. I DO NOT WANT THE TABLET. I'VE BEEN LIED TO SEVERAL TIMES. With proof from my SAR. I've had ONE 12 second silent phone call from Sky, and that's it !!!!!!!! Sky have also allowed FOUR new DD from an unidentified source, of which Action Fraud are now aware of. I AM PREPARED TO GO TO COURT</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Tempting as it might seem cancelling the payment method is definitely not recommended.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Doing that is going to cause you additional problems. Sky services will be restricted, you won't be able to call Sky, you wont be able to cancel, late payment fees will be added and eventually Sky could involve a debt recovery company which may affect your credit rating.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is Sky mobile, not Sky tv. Two separate agreements. I will in fact be in credit when they stop charging for the tablet I don't want. I am willing to go to court. !!!!!!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm not prepared to carry on paying for something I've been trying to return for 2 months, the DD doesn't differentiate between what it is that's being paid.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I want the phone. I DON'T WANT THE TABLET.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I find it weird that Sky won't communicate, but willing to apply pressure to pay for something not needed or wanted.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Suddenly started charging me in late Sept (backdating payment) and yet depending which advisor I managed to get through to stated that it STILL hasn't been delivered (all on my SAR) so, charging me for a tablet that their system states I haven't got, yet I've actually had it since August.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The correct way to resolve this is to pay the outstanding amount and the taking the complaint to the ombudsman services if they will not resolve it (either deadlock or 8 weeks elapsed).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If they rule in your favour then they will have to refund accordingly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As already noted withholding payments is not a wise way of dealing with it. &amp;nbsp;(Especially as you have the item)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

They collate data for intelligence purposes, search for matching themes/trends and if they deem is suitable they pass the incident to the police force they feel is best located to carry out enquiries (so not necessarily your local force). (Action Fraud does not operate in Scotland)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
