&lt;P&gt;They are scam calls as they want you to provide&amp;nbsp;the account&amp;nbsp;details so they can get into it to order a phone/tablet which would be sent to your home, they would then get a courier to pick it from you meaning you would be paying for it. So if you can see if you can block these calls and if can't as soon as they start talking&amp;nbsp;just hang up on them and do not give them any details they ask for.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
