Hi ,

I would like to buy a new Apple 16 iPhone. I have an existing sim plan only for €15 per month. If I get a new mobile could I get a reduced plan. Does the Apple 16 come with Air pods?

You are not contacting Sky posting here.

If you have a 'swap' contract then you can change your mobile but requires purchasing a new one and using any residual value to pay off the credit on the old one. (It may not cover the outstanding credit)

It you mean reduce your dataplan then you can change this whenever you like from your account.

Does the Apple 16 come with Air pods?

If you purchase them, yes. Apple don't tend to give away such items.

You will remain on the plan you have now unless you change it yourself to select a lower one.
