&lt;P&gt;We are customers here as this is where we help each other so what we can say is that Sky will not restore your mobile until the bill has been paid in full and that you have setup your payment method again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi , My account and has been suspended while i try to clear my outstanding, i am really frustrated right now , my kids couldn't use their phone and my family stranded , I have never defaulted for once and you chose to suspend me just like that , could please prefer solution so i could make payment . Thanks</description>

If you are more than two weeks late then the next bill may need to be paid. The process is automatic and can't be overridden. Sky also don't accept promises to pay, no matter what CS might tell you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
