Switching from EE to Sky

Random one - switched over from EE last weekend and now have two e-sims in my phone - the number I want to keep and a new one which I guess is a Sky number.

Shouldn't it just be one number? I also have nothing like the coverage I'm supposed to receive on the coverage checker.

Disappointed so far.

The number I've carried across still says EE when I check in Mobile Service.

The 'new' number says it's Sky.

Has Sky told you that the number has been transferred over from EE, note that this does not happen at the weekends so Monday would be the earliest this would happen depending on when you gave Sky the pac code.

Yes indeed. Have them the PAC code when I signed up for Sky Mobile and my EE account is now closed.

Just find it a bit weird that the phone is still showing two esims.
