    <description>&lt;P&gt;Can anyone point me in the right direction please.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ordered an iPhone 16 plus on 31st October - It stated on the website 'Delivery in 1-2 weeks'&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;then got told by sky it was going to be over a month, and the delays were from their end and every service provider was experiencing delays.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;raised a complaint and was told my order had been 'prioritised' and would be delivered by tomorrow.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;called again this morning to check what the crack was, to be told by retentions team 'this is 100% our fault we are experiencing significant delays, there's nothing we can do'&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;asked to change to a different colour that was showing in stock but was told 'it's showing 1-2 weeks on our end'&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;just want a delivery date as this is a present for my sons birthday next week. Is there anything I can do at this point, sick of being messed around and fobbed off?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
