You might be able to do it yourself - depending on what's configured etc.

For an iPhone you can use 'Find My iPhone' for example.

Sky will not do that for you: cellular triangulation is only carried out at the request of the emergency services or following legal processes.

Location finding may be possible within the functionality of either an Google or Apple user account.
