      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've bee with sky for many years and my mobile contract is currently 2gb for £10. Is it possible to get the black friday deals on my current sim? The offers are 40gb for £14 and 10gb for £8. I spoke to some at sky and they tell me that I have to have a new sim with a new number! I tried to barter with him but he was getting confused with what I wanted - just that I wanted the black friday price on my existing sim. Has anyone been successfull at doing this? Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I am trying to upgrade my data plan and have called numerous times in the last 10 days. Each time I get told something different along with different prices. However, when they try and upgrade I just get told there is a glitch and they cannot upgrade my plan. They then say we will let the back office know. They promise a fix within 72 hours, and of course I never hear from them again. Does anyone have any suggestions, apart from cancel everything and go somewhere else ?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description>
