I have tried sevral times to activate my esim with my Pac code and i just get a message saying sorry can't activate at moment this has been going on for hours

Hi @Stubis can you confirm you are transferring a number from a different network to sky ?

What happens if you just try to activate without using the PAC @Stubis you can use the PAC once the sim is activated.

In that case then @Stubis you will either need to call sky for help or use the social media links at the bottom of this page to contact them for assistance.
