Hi everyone recently i got my iphone with sky but my esim is not installing. Every time i try to install they said your esim cannot be added please contact your network provider anyone know solution about that!! Thanks

Hi @Swopan either call sky or use the social media links at the bottom of this page to contact sky for help. It may involve a replacement physical sim then convert that once activated.

Or via the phone 150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone.
