Basically I tried to order the Galaxy Watch 7 in July as a free gift so I could give it to my fiance as a christmas gift. Samsung's website is beyond useless,unresponsive and their customer service is non existant. They said no even though I've sent all of the information they needed. Can someone contact me asap so I can at least receive the credit for the watch.

Sky won't / can't contact you based on your post. Your Community log in name isn't linked to any Sky accounts you may have, so no one knows who you are anyway.

You need to initiate contact.
