    <description>&lt;P&gt;yesterday i visit sky office to convert my vodafone sim to sky and in evening i got email that my sim got cancelled withoit any reason so i wanna know why this happend and also i pay some money like 88 euros for my mobile upfront. it also got cancelled. so can you reverse the payment&amp;nbsp; thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Are you sure this email doesn't refer to the mobile being cancelled, if it is then it could be because you have failed&amp;nbsp;the credit checks.&lt;/P&gt;
