If you mean your piggybank then that's only lost if you cancel the last SIM on the account.

(Be aware that many deals are for additional SIMs and cannot (easily) be applied to an existing SIM if you want to retain your phone number)

As long as you have at least one active sim on your account then yes you can unless you change to an "unlimited" sim.
