I was promised 33 a month I can see this is right going forward however why have I been charged 43 for November the 7th I understand there was a mix up with the Sims on your side when I first set up my phone I was promised a 50 gig data plan to find I had 0 I then called and she said she would fix it and I wouldn't have to do anything on the bill I can see a 50g data plan and a 100g is this why I am now being charged 43?
