I've noticed that I've been charged £10 extra on my sky mobile bill it appears when looking at the statement the discount has not been applied and therefore instead of being £10 for the SIM I've been charged £20 for the SIM. this is not what was agreed when I took the plan out.&nbsp;<BR />please can this be refunded?
